CEAVCO Provides System Warranties and After Sale Service Support and Maintenance Programs

Standard System Warranty:We warranty our workmanship for one year. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranties. This standard warranty provides for three emergency site visits in the first 90 days.

Extended Warranty: This option provides additional service for the first year extending our Standard System Warranty for more emergency visits and one Preventive Maintenance Visit

Post Warranty Custom Maintenance Contracts: These are tailored to the client’s specific needs based on our history of the first year service support and our survey of system usage during the Preventive Maintenance Visit performed in our Extended Warranty.

Maintenance and Repair Service for any System: These services can be provided as needed or contracted for on a yearly basis. Systems installed by others require a site visit for service contract quotations.

Training: A CEAVCO training specialist will provide training in addition to the training included with our client’s initial installation. This training enables customer’s new employees to make good use of the installed system. Additional training for all system users increases their knowledge to optimize system utilization. Please call for training service charges.

Additional Support Services

Site Specialist Support: Our services include technical or operator support to check out and operate customers systems for important events or meetings. We also offer full time on-site support staff.

CEAVCO Rental and Staging: This division can support any size meeting or event at our customers site or off-site at any location in the United States or Canada.
